In our life, we would have crossed the situation where we would have sought a Job Recommendation or Referred someone for some job either in our same office or through our Network. Earlier, it was awesome stuff and we would have carried a Pride of being an ambassador of our organisation or company. Alike everyone I too was in the same bowl of floating cotton until recently. With almost a month of long haul, I am glad to write again. Being a responsible adult is always an important task, and one of the most important ingredients of it is the “Appointments”. There is an etiquette for making and keeping very critical appointments, and most of us miss it. Valuing Time:  The value of time becomes more precious as we get busier in life, so when you schedule an appointment with anyone, you need to see it as a valuable commodity. Never intentionally waste that time or treat it without the respect it deserves. If you schedule an appointment, proper etiquette dictates that you keep it. In our life, we always have expectations and trust in someone or some situations. When it combines together, it gives the blend of Expectational Trust. It differs from person to person and situation to situation how we are attached with the person or situation. When someone breaches this expectational trust, it should be learnt that they are trying to emotionally hack. Technologically, they want us to lower our values and get it happened. The people in the world including me expect everything to happen in a BIGGER manner and beyond the expectations. Yet still, even after achieving it we aren’t happy. This is a clear defined psychological disorder in my perspective. In India, initially there was a guy who was drawing USD 100 a month; he expected to add a “0” at the last of the salary figure. Budget 2015 Highlights Today (28th February, 2015) Finance Minister Arun Jaitley presented Union Budget, the highlights are: Taxation: ● Abolition of Wealth Tax. ● Additional 2% surcharge for the super rich with income of over Rs. 1 crore. ● Rate of corporate tax to be reduced to 25% over next four years. ●Total exemption of up to Rs. 4,44,200 can be achieved. ●100% exemption for contribution to Swachch Bharat, apart from CSR. ●Service tax increased to 14 per cent. On last Saturday, I was quite busy with some official work at Chennai and suddenly got the email from ICICI Bank offering me some coupon to watch movie in Chennai. So immediately went online and booked a movie at Phoenix Market City. Since I was at Madhya Kailash, took a left crossing Raj Bhavan to reach Phoenix mall. While coming around Velacherry bye pass road, I was bit confused and tried to peep out of the car to see if there is any NO U TURN sign. To my view there was nothing such. Addingly I saw many two wheelers and T - Board vehicles are making a U turn. So with the guts, I made a U Turn as usual. In approx 150 meters, there was a SI and PC who blocked my car. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is India's Central Banking Institution, which controls the Monetary Policy of the Indian Rupee and other banks operating within India. Sometimes, RBI is well known for its stupidest decisions. Last December (2013), under the heading of the new Governor, there was a decision for increase in security by inputting the PIN at POS for transactions. Upto me this is one of the wrong decision take by RBI. A latest statistics quotes that the Debit / Credit Card are owned by 67% of the Upper Middle Class and High Class people across India. Of this the most of them are of high class. Just imagine for each and every transaction would the CEO go down to the cash counter to input the PIN? Or will he get down from the car while fueling up?
