MBA is a life changing option, I learnt in the due course of time. Yes, entering into the part 4, the last part of my Admissions Race. I have now got admitted into a top B-School though I am not sure if I will accept that offer. It is a very big investment for a normal person from Asia or other developing countries where the average salary is less than 2000 USD per month. Good Schools will get you good offers, average schools get you average offers. Reading back to the Season 1, you need to choose the group where you will be able to suit up. If your primary goal is all about getting an offer letter from a top company like Deloitte or BCG or others then the move should be very cautious. Yes, getting placed is more important because your mindset is too poor to get only an offer letter after MBA. Oh! On reading the title please do never imagine that I will be drinking. I drink the most vulnerable than this which includes Sprite, 7UP, Coke and Pepsi. Yes, why the heck am praising myself? Come on! As most of you may be aware I am hailing from the locality where hard drinks are famous enough because of taxation system in India. #Pondicherry or #Puducherry has marked its landmark in south India for its quality and cheap hard drinks. Most of my known jerks come down to my locality to booze themselves as well as to suck other’s wallet. And sometime, I use to attend that too for boneless chicken. Could stay with them until 2 rounds; beyond that they will start scolding their manager, girl friends, family and other friends, which I strongly should never endorse by sitting along with them. On last Saturday, I was quite busy with some official work at Chennai and suddenly got the email from ICICI Bank offering me some coupon to watch movie in Chennai. So immediately went online and booked a movie at Phoenix Market City. Since I was at Madhya Kailash, took a left crossing Raj Bhavan to reach Phoenix mall. While coming around Velacherry bye pass road, I was bit confused and tried to peep out of the car to see if there is any NO U TURN sign. To my view there was nothing such. Addingly I saw many two wheelers and T - Board vehicles are making a U turn. So with the guts, I made a U Turn as usual. In approx 150 meters, there was a SI and PC who blocked my car. That SI came near to me and asked for Driving License and Insurance Papers. He got them and went away. After few minutes he came near to me and demanded Rs. 300. It is highly painful when someone educated stand in the road-side and keep begging. Very similar to that today morning I saw a case and am highly worried how the University encourages these types of activities. After a long time, I was little bit free today sitting in the 3rd Floor leisurely. My dogs were barking strongly, so I happened to check the visitor. Three guys were standing downstairs in a professional manner with a tie, tucked-in shirts and well polished shoes. So, I decided to check it out. Inbetween, my mom from the 2nd floor asked them to leave the place and in the meantime I arrived at 2nd Floor and said that I will be handling them. Yes, atright they quoted that they were from Pondicherry University, who completed MBA in 2011 and left behind with no job. He was absolutely selling the DK Multimedia Publication Books for INR 3000 (50$). I can get those books online at INR 500 or (8$).
