Do we need to be hurt more to remove someone from our life?

"Do we need to be hurt more to remove someone from our life?" - This title maybe bit weird for someone but it is the one which plays hugely with one's emotional content. Always February 19 every year is a bit deadly for me and by the chance or other I lose someone either Physically or Emotionally. In 2010, it was missing someone physically from this world, and in 2013 I lost someone emotionally; repeated the same in 2016 and now again in 2019. Is this is the problem with the date, or I am expecting everyone more than anything. Maybe a bit long post (around 18 - 22 minutes and 3000+ words) with real-life incidents. I regret that the time and energy which I spent towards maintaining this friendship has been wasted all these times. I have been continuously attempting to build a bridge, but he has been converting it to be as a Wall. Now the maximum tolerance point is achieved, and it seems I have lost my self-respect heavily in this engagement. When there are numerous f...

Seasoning MBA Application @ US - Part 1 - Basics

Image
Oh! Yes, this segment is completely a new topic when comparing all my previous posts. Planned to complete in 4 Parts. Will see. :-) The following are the 4 parts: Seasoning MBA Applications - Part 1 - Basics Seasoning MBA Applications - Part 2 - What they need? Seasoning MBA Applications - Part 3 - How they evaluate? Seasoning MBA Applications - Part 4 - Employability and Finance Post MBA There is a strong reason for composing this post now. Yes, few might have been aware about of the reason whilst most of them wouldn't know the reason. It is the real time to confess on this stuff. I would like to pursue my full-time Master in Business Administration in a reputed institute. Reiterating, FULL-TIME . The goal was little bit budding within me since 2013 when there was a spoof content in some website defaming me. Left it uncared due to the vigorous other works including various Governmental and Inter-Governmental tasks. Added a fame to my thought, I discussed with...

Gift Kit for eVisa Tourists to India

Image
The worst faced problem by any Foreigner visiting to India is the Communication. Getting a SIM card and the tedious activation process by the TRAI pulls back their interest in getting one. This is an interesting development, and probably a first for any country across the globe. Ministry of Tourism has planned this new initiative, that will help new tourists in India. Tourists landing in India on e-tourist visa would soon be getting a “gift kit” from Tourism Ministry which would consist of SIM card, among other things. “This will be gift from Tourism Ministry…it will be handed over to the tourists arriving in India on e-tourist visa,” a Tourism Ministry source said. The “gift” would consist of a SIM card which the tourists can use for making calls after they have recharged it. Besides, it would also consist of maps, booklets and CD with information about various tourists destinations, guidelines relating to dos and don’ts, details regarding whom to contact i...

Indeterminable Reserve Bank of India (RBI) - Part 1 of 2

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is India's Central Banking Institution, which controls the Monetary Policy of the Indian Rupee and other banks operating within India. Sometimes, RBI is well known for its stupidest decisions. Last December (2013), under the heading of the new Governor, there was a decision for increase in security by inputting the PIN at POS for transactions. Upto me this is one of the wrong decision take by RBI. A latest statistics quotes that the Debit / Credit Card are owned by 67% of the Upper Middle Class and High Class people across India. Of this the most of them are of high class. Just imagine for each and every transaction would the CEO go down to the cash counter to input the PIN? Or will he get down from the car while fueling up? No for both the cases, he needs to share his/her PIN to sub-ordinates or to the person who serves him. This is a very serious threat. Same way, I was in an average hotel a week ago. I happened to counter one of the balance 33% of...

How PayPal swindled my entire wallet?

Almost 90% of the internet users are well aware about the PayPal and 100% of the International Business men are highly aware about the PayPal. But only a very few are aware about the action rendered by PayPal during the settlement. These many days, my office team use to manage the Finance and operations, for an event I was mapped for the PayPal. And, as usual am highly lazy enough to manage it in real-time. I happened to see the reports couple of days ago. This particular event was billing in GBP and all the settlements to India happens through INR as per the Reserve Bank of India policy. So, PayPal charges 4.4% of the transaction value along with 0.30$ for every transaction performed using their gateway.  This is the open statement of PayPal, but there is a hidden structure in it which is very dangerous. The conversion rate is highly threatening us. On an average day 1 GBP = 1.7549 USD and then 1 USD = 59.45; 1 GBP = 104.32 INR. When we perform a RM calculation the value of 1 GBP = 1....
