Bangkok, the divine place for the bachelors and even some of the married persons. I frequently visit the place for various purposes like my office and transit to other countries. In windows 8 and 8.1 the option to create a thumbs.db file is on by default . This can be a problem when you try to delete those media folders that you no longer need. Windows won’t let you delete the thumbs.db file and you will end up with a lot of empty folders that you can’t remove. First you want to deactivate the thumbs.db from being generated: The fastest way to do this is to run the following command : REG ADD “HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer” /v “DisableThumbsDBOnNetworkFolders” /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f For who doesn’t want to run unknown commands on his computer you can also do this by yourself: Run (windows key + R) - write: regedit and press Enter Navigate to:  HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > Explore > Advanced Right click and create New DWORD Value , name it DeleteThumbnailCache  and set its value to 1. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is India's Central Banking Institution, which controls the Monetary Policy of the Indian Rupee and other banks operating within India. Sometimes, RBI is well known for its stupidest decisions. Last December (2013), under the heading of the new Governor, there was a decision for increase in security by inputting the PIN at POS for transactions. Upto me this is one of the wrong decision take by RBI. A latest statistics quotes that the Debit / Credit Card are owned by 67% of the Upper Middle Class and High Class people across India. Of this the most of them are of high class. Just imagine for each and every transaction would the CEO go down to the cash counter to input the PIN? Or will he get down from the car while fueling up? Almost 90% of the internet users are well aware about the PayPal and 100% of the International Business men are highly aware about the PayPal. But only a very few are aware about the action rendered by PayPal during the settlement. These many days, my office team use to manage the Finance and operations, for an event I was mapped for the PayPal. And, as usual am highly lazy enough to manage it in real-time. I trust highly that a good employee relationship is more important for an effective administration. On Sunday evening 13th July 2014, the Air India's flight AI-144, a B-777, was ready for a routine flight from Newark to Mumbai with 300 passengers and 15 crew. The weather in New Jersey was heavy passing showers here and there. It was a routine departure at about 5 pm (local time) for a long 15-16 hrs flight to Bombay nee Mumbai. The aircraft naturally was at its maximum take off weight, as it was fully loaded with the fuel required for this long transcontinental flight. The take off run was a normal routine one. I had an appointment with a Business Tycoon at Bangkok this day morning. He had invited me to the tennis court as he would be occupied in playing tennis in the morning hours.
